One of my Housing Counselors will be taking the HUD exam online. If he is having any issues with the system, will he know from the very beginning that he is? I don't want him to complete the exam and find that the HUD system is not recording his progress or score. Can you verify this? Thank you.

Hello, someone has rescheduled my HUD test without my authorization.
I received an email saying it was rescheduled to another state in Phoenix Arizona. I do not live in that state, I live in Massachusetts. My exam was originally scheduled in Woburn, Massachusetts. Please correct this error. What sites are open in MA?

What personal identifiers are required from a test taker in order to register to take the certification exam? Is this information by HUD and with whom is it shared?

Hello, please note i am trying to retake the exam. Where can I register without paying again for the exam?

In addition please note I paid twice for the exam. One for the in person exam I took recently; the other for the online exam I attempted to take a couple weeks ago for $60, but did not finish due to the IT support stopping me. Is there a chance I can get a refund of the $60?
