Hello, my name is Carmen Landecho working at North West Side Housing Center in Chicago, Illinois; I was scheduled to take the Hud cert. test last week 7/2 at 10a.m. unfortunately my ID was expired and I was unable to take the test, I was told that the $100 fee will be applied to my next schedule. I want to take the test again on July 9 at 11a.m.

The testing site was closed on the day I was scheduled to take the HUD exam. I would like to reschedule to take the exam. I was informed by Kryterion to ask for assistance rescheduling to take the exam through HUD.

The virtual PLACEHOLDER location defaults to Phoenix, Antarctica, which is a made-up location used to hold your exam reservation until you reschedule or the selected test center reopens.
I just tried to register for the HUD Certification exam and was sent an address in another state. I'm in Cary North Carolina and I'm not available to travel to Phoenix. Please advise why I'm being placed there.
