I have been unable to register for my exam at any testing site. I contacted Kryterion and was told to contact HUD for support. I am willing to go to a proctoring site or take the exam online. Please provide me with some direction on taking this exam because time is running out. Thanks in advance and look forward to receiving a prompt response.

We have several staff that will be taking the housing counselor test online. Due in part to the hiring of multiple staff members, as well as the time it would take to get external cameras that meet the stated requirements, will they be allowed to use the internal computer camera?

The fee charged each time an individual takes the certification examination is based on the cost of administering the examination. As announced in the Federal Register Notice dated May 31, 2017, an online proctored exam costs $60 and an in-person proctored exam costs $100. Any changes in pricing will be published in advance in the Federal Register. 

I am trying to reschedule my test date, which was originally set for May 26th. There appears to be an opening on July 2nd at 2pm. I possible, I would like that appointment. I tried to ewschedule but was unable.

I passed the HUD certification exam and am trying to get it set up in FHA Connection. I am trying to find my Counselor Exam ID so I can get set up in FHA connection. It is not posted anywhere. When I go to FHA connection to set up an account it will not let me.
