Hi,
I scheduled a online exam for June 21st, I was unable to take it due to my work computer having antivirus protection. After speaking to the chat support I was told once I reschedule the payment would role over but was not told I would have to do so in 24hrs. Kryterion was not able to refund the money and told me to contact HUD to get a refund. How would I go about that process?

Ticket from Teresa Devault - Certification Exam

I do not have an external camera and want to take the exam. I have a secondry computer as well as an iPhone X and 11. I am 60 years old and do not want to attend a class setting to take this test due to Covid. Is there an accommodation that can be made for this?
