I tried everything that is the system request and still I even tried to change my password and see if it's gonna work and it didn't always appear invalid application code. When I when I put the application code it's always says invalid application code.

Good morning. I already pass the test. I tried to log in to my account, to finish the process for certification. I logged in, I put the application verification code, and it appeared invalid application. I tried 5 times. Then I tried to reset my password; system sent me the link to my email. I clicked on that link, then I clicked in log in, then the system took me to application verification code, (it didn't send me to put my new password), I put my application verification code, as it was requested, and it appeared Invalid application code again and again.

I was unable to take the HECM exam at my scheduled time this morning - even with the assistance of Kryterion. My login on the HUD website (the first step in taking the exam) was not working. MY email is jjoyce@nhsmass.org - my password was correct - (I was not getting an incorrect password message - rather a contact support message) I had to reschedule the exam twice - and now am still unable to log in
