I was rescheduled for my HUD Certification Exam by Kryterion to tomorrow June 5 at a site different than my originally scheduled site. However, neither sites are open yet. Please advise my next steps.

I'm sorry I'm unable to travel due to Covid-19 and was unaware of this reschedule. I am in Enterprise, Alabama.

Is the University of Arkansas Community College in Morrilton, AR no longer a proctoring site for Kryterion?

My exam got suspended for leaning out of view of the camera. I had already been warned once before, so my exam was suspended on the spot. It was a careless error on my end, I didn't know what the exact frame was, but I do know I never fully left frame. I have already finished the exam and was just reviewing my answers at the point; I promise it was a complete accident. I had been working for over an hour and was just fidgeting slightly from sitting for so long.

I rescheduled my test to a location within 1 hour driving distance rather than another state. I am attaching the confirmation. Problem is that the system is again showing my test in Phoenix AZ. I am in CA which is why I rescheduled the date and location.
