Our organization is proctoring a test today at our building. We want to make sure everything is working. We have our 360 degree camera and everything off the walls. Will there be a calculator on the test or do we need to have one on the computer?

I am logging in to take my 2 pm exam and it's stating that my login is not working. No on is answering the customer service number. this is frustrating!!!

i need my HUD Counselor # however the system is saying i haven't taken the exam. I have taken and passed the exam Dec 20. 2019

I registered and paid to take the exam and have not received my email to do so. Can you please give me an update

I have completed training modules and if I do not log back in for a few days, it looks as if I have not completed the modules and have to start all over again. This is very frustrating, although the practice is good, it is a bit redundant to do Module 1 three times... can you please help?

I read the directions for doing the biometrics screening, and it says to go to webaccessor and log in with your username and password. I am unaware of a username and password that I have. How do I get these?

If a test needs to be retaken, it will be a different test, correct? How many versions are there please?
