I tried to take the online exam. I could log into HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov but when I got to Webassessor, it would not accept my login. I contacted Kryterion and worked with them for over half an hour, resetting my password and still getting onto Hudhousingcounselors but not Webassessor.
