I scheduled an assessment for 16th @9am and when I log in to my webassessor account, it says that I do not have any scheduled. I remember doing this step, and have the email below confirming it, so I'm wondering what could have happened to make the appointment go missing.
Could you help me with this? Thank you so much! Want to make sure I can make the appointment on the 16th
