There is a required field that I need to complete, but the field is not activate allowing me to complete.

I am trying to set my new password and when I click the set password button it tells me I have used the one time link and have to request another password change. I cannot get it to work.

I scheduled an assessment for 16th @9am and when I log in to my webassessor account, it says that I do not have any scheduled. I remember doing this step, and have the email below confirming it, so I'm wondering what could have happened to make the appointment go missing.

Your exam appointment details are listed in the Exam Status Center. To access, sign in and select “Exam Center” at the top of the page, then select “Take Online Exam or Access Exam Details.” If you are already signed in, you can directly access the Exam Status Center. Exam appointments are listed under the "Scheduled Exam" section.
