Can't log into my account

I'm having issues with the authenticator, I'm entering the numbers and it keep saying is not the correct number.

The glossary leads to a broken link in every single module for weeks now. Not one single link in the training, in any module, leads anywhere except an error screen. In the practice exam, questions 75-80 are the exact same as questions 81-86. None of the training is as specific as the knowledge assessment or practice exam is, and will gloss over important information in one or two sentences on one random slide.

I am a HUD-certified housing Counselor, but I want to take the Reverse Mortgage training certification. Where do I need to go for the training and the certification? I am presently working for a non-profit organization as a housing counselor and educator. Thank you for your prompt response to this very important matter.

I don't seem to be able to move beyond module 1.

Hello. I've been trying for quite a while now to log in to my account to take the practice exam. Unfortunately, I have been unable to get the two-factor authentication to work with my phone. I've tried everything I can think of, but the codes I'm receiving are not accepted by the program. Is it possible for you to delete my account on your end so that I can re-register? I have not been able to receive the two-step authentication verification code when trying to log in to my account. I check my email (Yancey@csndc.com) and cell (689) 215-3359 every time I attempt to log in for the verification code to no avail. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Hello. I received an email that I scored 0. Did any of my answers get recorded? I know I was having issues and I was told to reboot the system few times. Did that have an impact because I know I have answered a lot of them correctly. 0 doesn't make any sense. Any help is appreciated in this matter. Thank you!
