how do I get my ID number after I pass the test.

Hello, I am having difficulty competing the registration process with FHA Connection. I passed the HUD Housing Counselor exam on 2/26/2020. I have transmitted the results to FHAC, but I believe I have not completed the entire registration process. Please look into this for me and let me know how to proceed. Thank you, Perla Marin

My name is Angela Williams ,Unfortunately I was unable to take the test today. Due to me not having my physical drivers license. Is there anyway I can reschedule the test without having to pay another $100?

I completed the Knowledge Assessment. When I printed it yesterday I noticed things that were marked as incorrect are NOT incorrect compared to my coworker's results and the answer provided even proved my answer was correct. Could this please be looked at again? Pam Logsdon

One of my staff took the knowledge assessment and it appears that it is grading her incorrectly. It marked incorrect on some questions where we know she was correct (and the explanation shows that she was correct).

I took pictures, but this format will not let me paste them!

For instance, the question asked:

A question from a lender on which topic would be inappropriate?
Medical History
Employment History
Recent Debt
Supplemental income.

She marked Medical History and it said she was incorrect.
