One of my staff took the knowledge assessment and it appears that it is grading her incorrectly. It marked incorrect on some questions where we know she was correct (and the explanation shows that she was correct).

I took pictures, but this format will not let me paste them!

For instance, the question asked:

A question from a lender on which topic would be inappropriate?
Medical History
Employment History
Recent Debt
Supplemental income.

She marked Medical History and it said she was incorrect.

The last knowledge Check on module 2.2 is it referencing the Homeownership program? If so could the program details be added as a resource on that slide to refer back to? Or is it asking about rental program eligibility?

Exam registration, cancellations, and changes are handled through your account on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov.

To change your exam delivery type, sign in and select “Exam Center” at the top of the page, then select “Take Online Exam or Access Exam Details.” If you are already signed in, you can directly access the Exam Status Center. Follow the steps to cancel your scheduled exam (the exam purchase will be refunded to the credit card used), then follow the steps to register for a new exam.

I still do not have a response to my issue with getting the pass results transferred. Error message Addr City may not be longer than 17 characters.
I sent a request 2/24/20 for help.

The test center locator function does not appear to be working. It only displays a few sites in Arizona and I am in Missouri. It also is in some sort of logic loop and continuously says "loading".

Is it possible to obtain a voucher from HUD to serve as payment for taking the exam?

I plan to take the HUD Certification Exam and I need reasonable accommodations under the ADA. I need more information on the process of requesting them, where to submit the supporting documentation, and when and how to register.
