I would like to to reschedule my HUD Exam

Knowledge Check slide 17 of 26 is not allowing me to go forward to slide 18. Will not allow me to close screen after clicking close button

I already have an FHA Connection ID for HECM counseling. When I go to the site and change counseling type from HECM to Certified, it says all training data for my HECM stuff will be cleared. Is this OK?

I am circling back to see if any research has been conducted to answer Mr. Bigos question about an exam experience where there has been no result provided to exam candidate in addition multiple glitches occurred with the computer during the exam. Please see the request below.

It appears there is only one test taking proctor site in Iowa, is this correct? We are in Des Moines, IA and the community college with a proctor test taking center is right up the street from us. Is there an option to test at DMACC ? Pam Logsdon

Recieved a phone call from Eugenia Gumm who stated she could not get into her account and was locked out. I looked up her account and found out she had two of them, so we determined which one was her active account and deleted the old one. Her account was Active and not Blocked, so I gave her instructions to reset her password.

She then asked me about how she goes about becoming a certified agency with HUD since she works on her own, and will not be able to do that once the new regulations are in place. I referred her to HUD Exchange and gave her the website address.
