Hello. We are trying to transfer results. When trying to sign up we are getting the following error message "(1)ADDR_CITY may no tbe loner than 17 characters". However, it is not. The help line is currently unavailable.

There are 2 answers that read Discussion about Identity Theft. I put the two corresponding scenarios in the slots, but it marked only those two wrong. When I reversed them, it was correct. It seems to me they both say Discussion about Identity Theft. Did I read it incorrectly?

Hello, I have passed the exam but the site shows I have not taken the exam. Please advise

Error message - Error occurred while communicating with our proctor: Error invoking the REST service Kryterion Integration API.operation Moved Temporarily

Please let me know if other certified test proctoring centers besides Kryterion are allowed? I do not live near any of them showing on their mape

I have completed and passed the certification exam. I have been trying to complete the application and input the Counselor Exam ID as given, but the application is indicating that it is not correct.
Please advise.
