Ticket from Linndy Sanchez - Certification Exam

Good afternoon ,

I’ve tried several times and ways to speak to someone live. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to take the test and I wasn’t allowed to reschedule or cancel, the system would tell me to try in 24 hours. When I did, now I don’t have the option to select neither.
My computer froze when I downloaded sentinel and I need to bring it to Apple store for repair.
I’m inquiring about a refund, or to be credit to go in person to take the test.
Please advise.

Ticket from Zenolia Hill - Certification Exam

I cannot log in to register for another exam. each time I log in I can only get to the first screen that asks for my information and then to click the submit for payment and scheduling and from there it goes straight to a screen that says I have been logged out and if I want to log back in click this button and when I click it, all it does is says my log in or password is incorrect and I know that it is correct so please help.
