Where do we find the voucher code when we are signing up and getting ready to pay for the exam?

Hello I am scheduled to take the test online for tomorrow but I am having trouble down loading setting up my laptop with the required sites. Can I reschedule to take the exam at a test center near me for tomorrow or anytime this week? Community College of Philadelphia, pa or Temple University in Philadelphia, pa are test centers near me.

Can you send me a receipt for paying the fee required after missing the 72 hour timeframe when rescheduling? Thanks
