I recently passed the Certification Exam, but have not received an email with my Counselor Exam ID?

I have heard that those who have taken the test recently get their scores. I passed mine in 2017 and would like to know my score.

The system is NOT giving me the coupon/voucher code to allow me to make the payment. What I need to do, please?
