Ticket from Customer Support - Certification Exam

Recieved a phone call from Adrian Klenz in Au Claire, WI. His phone number is (715) 456-4907. He stated that there were no exam centers in his area and that he needed to take the exam online. He stated that buying an external webcam himself was not within the Reasonable Accomodations guidelines, since there was not an option for him to go to an exam center and take a proctored exam. He was told about the Reasonable Accomodations request and stated that he was aware of the request form, but did not think that would be sufficient to resolve his complaint.

Ticket from Dan Commer - Certification Exam

Hello,

I recently took the HUD Housing Counseling Exam and unfortunately did not pass on my first attempt. I scored a 478. Is that close to passing? Specifically, how many more questions would I have to get right to pass. I am not sure how I could have prepared for the exam any differently.

Thank you for any feedback!
