Please explain why paper & pencils are not allowed. I need paper to figure correctly answer to debt-to-income, etc. questions on the test.

I took the exam last Friday but did not get a score. The system told me that I passed but that was about it.
There is no limit on how many times the Knowledge Assessment can be taken.
However, the link in the user profile page will change every time that user takes the assessment and will only show the last attempt.
are we able to retake the acknowledgement again after taking it once

After signing in to the HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov site, users are not required to enter username and password credentials to access Webassessor. Your HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov user account automatically logs you into Webassessor.
There is a known browser error in which candidates are sometimes kicked out of Webassessor and asked to log back in.
