I have aready completed several Modules back on 7/13/2018 it was 1.1,1.2,3.1,3.2,5.1,5.2,5.3,6.1 and 6.2 but they are not showing in my profile at this time.

I am scheduled to take the proctored HUD exam tomorrow at my local Kryterion testing center at 1 pm, and there is a possibility that the testing center may be closed due to extreme winter weather. If it is closed, will I be able to get a refund of my testing fee? What is the process to request a refund due to a weather-related testing center closure?

I am taking the exam on Monday morning at a testing site. I am a type 1 diabetic and need to bring in my glucose monitor, insulin pump and a juice box, just in case. How do i apply for a special accomodation?
Where can I find the score of my last attempt to take the test? In the past I could access the information in my profile, but it is no longer there. Do I still have access to that information?
In section 5.2 the knowledge check says which program continues to be available to borrowers after the MHA expiration in DEC 2016? It says the answer is HARP but that expired DEC 31 2018
After experiencing a hypoglycemic episode this morning, the day of my test, I reached out via phone to the testing site which gave me a number to call. The number was for for Kriterion. I called the number to explain the situation and attempt to reschedule my exam but was given an internal email address. I emailed that person and the email got sent back. I then tried to reschedule the test online but was unable to do so. I did all this while still ill but before my scheduled test time to avoid a no show.
