6.1 has been published in Spanish. Not sure how to change the language.

I am trying to print the study guide for the Tenancy Module 6.1; however it is only shown in Spanish. Module 6.2 is in the English version.

Hi -- Module 6.1 (Tenancy) is in Spanish on both the Spanish and English training guide PDF sites. I'm looking for it in English.

When trying to access the study guides, it is shown in Spanish, after the language was changed 2x to reflect "Always translate in English." This has never happened before. I access this page at least twice a week.

Upon completion of the certification exam, each candidate receives an immediate PASS or FAIL notification, as applicable. Candidates who pass receive an email outlining next steps.

There seems to be an issue with Module 3.2, specifically the last three knowledge checks. There seems to be a bug in this portion of the module.

Hello, I just passed my exam at a proctoring site and need help with getting fully certified. I tried to register myself on FHA Connection, but it rejected me because my SSN was not found on the roster. Can you guide me or let me know what I need to do? thanks. Heather

Given the study material that we did receive, is there a better method of studying when it comes to preparations for the exam?

I took the exam yesterday, Sept 27. I remember one of the questions was about HOEPA and what it prohibited. The possible answers were prepayment penalties or balloon payments. I went back through the modules and it seems that both are prohibited by HOEPA. This seems like an error in the question design. Please address this concern in upcoming exam versions. Thank you.
