I have taken the HUD certification exam previously and passed in 2014 for another agency. Do I have to retake the exam?

when you are taking test there is a calculator that appears off to the side is there any kind of note pad that you could type things on to help with the math questions

while taking the 3.1 fair housing training module on knowledge checks 9 and 11 it would not let me submit the answers by dragging correct answers to right category. This in turn made my answers wrong on both because again I could not drag and leave correct answer in correct spot.
