Hello, I have taken the knowledge assessment for the HUD housing counselor course twice. I have not been able to access my results either time. The assessment states that the most recent attempt's results should be accessible from my user profile. When I visit the user section it says that I have not taken any knowledge assessments. Please advise. Two other issues: -most links to external sites in the modules do not work - the HUD Exam calculator does not work

Hello there. I am trying to register for the HUD exam to take on behalf of my organization, but whenever I try to register for the exam, it would require me to re-login even though I'm already logged in. Then when I try to log in, I get an error message saying "Contact support to reset your access". I have tried changing my password as well, but when I click on the link to change my password, I would get the same error message stating "Contact support to reset your access". Would you please be able to help me reset my account so that I can register for the exam as soon as possible?
