Training - No Visuals

Caller stated she could not see the main visuals of the training. "Menu," "Resources," "Glossary" and "Help" all appeared, as well as the progress bar (which filled in), but nothing else appeared.
Caller said she had been watching the training the day before and it had worked then.
Caller said when she opened the training, a "little blue box" would appear. The caller either knew or assumed the box was asking if she wanted to resume where she left off. Whatever labeling the box had did not appear to work either; she would click on the box but then nothing would happen.

Housing Counselor Question - Individual Certification

Caller had read online that HUD was switching to individual certification and was curious about the process. I told the caller that wasn't finalized and that the Final Rule needed to be published before that was established. I advised the caller to speak to HUD directly and gave the caller the 800 number and the 202 number for HUD.

Training - Study Guide

Caller asked if Study Guide came as one document for printing. Support suggested Caller address the issue to the Feedback form. Caller wondered when exam would be available; Support suggested Caller sign up for listserv

Homebuyer Education

Caller asked if there were online classes as opposed to meeting with a counselor. Support informed the caller that this website/exam/hotline was for a different type of exam and directed caller to link for HUD Housing Counseling on main web page.
