Hello, I went to take my HUD cert exam today 3/22/2025 at 9:15am location 8563 Crow dr Macedonia Ohio 44056, the young lady could not get the exam to launch and called someone who canceled my test under code 6nxfxgt2 and somehow was to know my credentials and scheduled another exam under code 4dz8c42m at the same time and now I can not access my account. Logged in under my name, but unable to up-load picture. It did not appear to process. Directed to log in again. Received message that account already registered to me under my email address. Now I am directed to contact support. Currently, no access to HousingCounseling.com. Please help.

I am a Realtor and a member of CAR (California Association of Realtors) and NAR (National Association of Realtors). I want to become a Certified HUD Housing Counselor and get the Certification. Please let me know how can I get the certification. I was the Housing and Logistic Manager with International Rescue Committee (IRC), a non profit organization but my contract ended on 1/31/2025. I am having 2 factor authentication issues to where I cannot log in. My account was recently reset due to not setting up 2 factor but now that it's set up, I don't know where the verification code is going.
