Begin your HUD Certified Housing Counselor Application in FHA Connection. The application will require your Counselor Exam ID, which is also available on your User Profile.
Heather Kyle passed the exam in February. Her passing email did not give a counselor exam ID. She is not able to transfer her exam results to FHA Connection and complete the certification process. Please advise.
