I am having another issue with logging in to my account. Once my account was reset from being locked out due to ongoing website maintenance issues, I completed the two-step verification and I was successful that day with logging in to my account. When I tried to log in to my account on my phone, like I was able to do before the website maintenance, I could not log in to my account. I tried on my laptop and I was unable to log in on my laptop. Then I tried again on a different laptop at another location with no success. It attempts to log me in, but, then it takes me back to sign in and I don't ever receive a verification code.

Support has reset your account, you may now use two factor authenticator to log in. Please note you will be asked and must enter in a new and unique code from your authenticator app each time you log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again.
