I am a counselor that was registered to take the HECM Exam on 08/16/24. But it appears that I was given the HUD exam incorrectly. (See email with test results below). My manager said that I should have received a score out of 100 - and need an 80% to pass but as you can see this test gave me a score of 429 out of 500 required which gave me a FAIL.
I was unable to attach a screenshot of the test reminder and confirmation of the test registration here but I can provide that if needed.
