Support has reset your account, you may now use two factor authenticator to log in. Please note you will be asked and must enter in a new and unique code from your authenticator app each time you log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again.

It seems I've been locked out of my account, it said I never set up two step authentication. How do I get back in to my account.
