Support has reset your account, you may now use two factor authenticator to log in. Please note you will be asked and must enter in a new and unique code from your authenticator app each time you log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again.

This is no help at all. I don't know what to download and how to go about doing it. Replying the same response to me is no help. WHAT exactly do I have to do to get this two factor authorization? Why do I have to download something sketchy to my computer? I downloaded something and it is not step by step.

The only thing that I have to go off of is when I log it it tells me to go to this link and there are 5 choices of things to download. I did one of them and it did not seem like something I should have downloaded. So I guess if you sent me something to show me how to do it then no. The only link on the e-mail that i received is the link to log in. And let me tell you there is no step by step instructions. Do I have to use my personal phone to do this? Do I have to download something on my computer?

I have not received an email with step by step instructions. I just need to get onto my account to reschedule a test and see my results.

I guess I need assistance to get logged in? I was just in there and now it won't let me in.
