Support has reset your account, you may now use the required two factor authenticator to log in. Please note you will be asked and must enter in a new and unique code from your authenticator app each time you log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again.

Hi, I work on a desktop in an office. without using my personal phone i can not do this two way authenticator

Once you are directed to set up the TFA, you will be given other choices that are compatible with the HUDhousingcounselors.com website, two of which are desktop friendly.

The two mentioned previously are the most common used for account access.

Another question - we currently have a hurricane coming on Thursday, the day of my scheduled exam. How can i go about rescheduling the exam due to the hurricane without being charged a fee for it being passed the 72 hour mark?
