I do not understand why my account has been denied access. I set up the authenticator as requested. I also tried to register again with a new email but wish i had not done that because i do not have another device to do the authenticator with. I only have my personal phone and work computer. I will need to register for test within next week or so so will need to access somehow. Please disregard the 2nd attempt at registration. I still want to use my work email (ghall@peopleinc.net) as my username.

You are able to set up multiple accounts on one device. The account with your work email is not enabled with TFA but has been reset for you to be able to log in again.
