After reviewing your profile we have confirmed that your last exam was on September 19, 2024, which resulted in a score of 399. Unfortunately, the minimum passing score is 500.   Please see the screenshot below:

Hi I took the exam and I passed but it has not updated on my end. I am not sure on what to do in reference to this and I wouldve screenshot or took a picture for proof. I hope you can help me and explain how to complete the process. Thank You
