Thank you! That would be great to have my exam rescheduled for 11:30 a.m. today. What do I need to do to make this happen? My account shows my exam for 9 a.m. still. I appreciate you getting this fixed for me. I have set up TFA.

I cannot log into my user account to take my HUD exam. I chatted with Kyterion this morning, and they referred me back to reaching out here. My case number with them is 02787864. I have left voicemails this morning, because I am unable to log in and the password reset tells me I must contact user support to reset my access.
