Thank you so much. This has been completed.

I cannot seem to find the receipt for rescheduling my exam. It is not in the receipts tab, only the original test receipt.

I can no longer access my account. I tried to reset the password, but received a message that I am to contact support to regain access to my account. I will need access to my receipt for billing purposes.
