I was scheduled to take my exam today at 9am. I could not access my account. I used the reset password button; it sent me the email. I followed the link, entered the captcha and it brought me back to the home back with no login change.
I repeated this step 4 times and it kept bringing me back to the website home page.
I called and the help desk VM box was "unavailable" according to the recording.
Can someone please assist me with my account and also help me reschedule my exam free of charge considering I could not get immediate assistance?
