Dear Andrea,

Two Factor Authentication is a required added security to all accounts on HUDhousingcounselors.hud.gov.

We have reset your account, once you log in, you will be redirected to the TFA set up page, you will locate a Set up Application link. Once this is clicked you will be able to open the Microsoft Authenticator app and add your account to the app.

Sincerely,

The HUDhousingcounselors.hud.gov Support Team

Hello, I need help with this. I've downloaded Microsoft Authenticator; I added my company but I'm not sure what to do now. I don't know how to add Hud to this app or how to use it. Do you guys have a step-by step guide to help people in my situation. I don't understand why I don't have the option to disable it or why this is required in my case because there are other counselors here that don't have to do that to gain access to their accounts. All I'm trying to do is to schedule my exam. I need real help (no way to get anyone on the phone either), just an automatic email response with 2 links won't help :( Please help! Thank you, Andrea
