I was registered for a HUD Housing exam today at 1pm.
I set up and made sure I could get in earlier and everything was good.
At exam time the two factor authentication would not send a code and I could not get in.
I contacted the Kryterion Support and they said that I needed to contact HudHousing for that.
Can I get assistance and reschedule?

Hello David,
To access your account, you will need to download the Google Authenticator Application on your mobile device to activate it on your account. Once you login to your account you will need to log in to your account and use the Authenticator App to generate a 6-digit code to authorize your log in.
