Original Ticket Body: Hi,

I am attempting to reset my password, and the page says, " If gperalta@actlawrence.org is a valid account an email will be sent with instructions to reset your password." , but I have not received the email instructions or link to be able to have a new password. If you may please assist. Thank you.

Hello, I checked the junk mail in my mailbox and have not received at all today the reset password email from HUD exchange, My email is gperalta@actlawrence.org I need assistance.
