When you log onto your account and visit your dashboard, you should be able to view your exam ID there. Please let us know if you need further assistance.

I took my Counseling exam on April 1st, 2021. My Housing Counselor ID is XR1GDV. The problem I have now is that to change employers I have to have my Exam ID, which I don't have it. Would you please send me my exam ID? Thank you for your prompt response to this very important issue. Aida Walls
