Exam registration, cancellations, and changes are handled through your account on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov.

To change your exam delivery type, sign in and select Change Your Test Date in the Countdown to your Exam section of your User Profile Dashboard. Follow the steps under Reschedule an Exam to cancel your scheduled exam (the exam purchase will be refunded to the credit card used), then follow the steps to register for a new exam.

Be sure to review the No Shows and Cancellations Policy prior to making changes. 

Hello, my name is Miguel Navarro. My number is 530-383-4262. I've paid for the fee to take the HUD certification. My appointment is scheduled for Monday, March 3rd. I need to cancel that and I need to get a refund and I'm trying to figure out how to do that. If you can, please let me know what next steps I need to take to cancel the exam test date and to get a refund on the fee that I pay. Again, my number is 530-383-4262. Thank you.
