Hello, I reached out yesterday regarding assistance with my HUD certification exam date, which is scheduled for Monday, March 3rd. Your department kindly responded with a link and instructions on how to cancel or reschedule my test date. However, when I clicked on the provided link and followed the steps, I encountered a screen requesting "Two-Factor Authentication," with one of the required factors being an Application Verification Code. The screen notes that the "Verification code is application-generated and 6 digits long." I NEED to cancel my test date and request a refund. I checked my email but did not receive any code. Could you kindly clarify where I can obtain this verification code? Please help! Thank you.
