Hi my name is Shelby Ashenfelter. I'm supposed to take the HUD test at 9:00 AM today and the website will not let me log in so I have no way to take the test or even contact criterion or anything. Like I don't know what I'm supposed to do if I try to request a ticket online and it's not letting me put in my information under your name and your e-mail. Everything just seems to be going wrong and I'm not sure what I'm supposed to be doing right now. If you could give me a call back at 419-296-2456. Thank you.
