Dear Autrese,

Your account has been reset again, and you have 3 chances to complete the TFA setup. Please close all windows and browsers you may have open and restart the process again for TFA set up.

If you are unable to recall your password, enter your account email in the Forgot Password? tool. Within a few minutes, you will receive an email with a link to verify that you are the account owner. You will need to set a new account password after email verification. Support does not assign or have access to user passwords. 

If you do not receive the email with the link to reset your password, please check your spam and junk folders. Please also verify that you are checking the correct email address.

If you still require assistance, please call 210-489-1461. Hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Eastern time Monday–Friday except Federal holidays.

Please note that the issue has not been resolved. I am set to test online within 1 Hour. Please advise the below Referenced Ticket. It was immediately archived after my submission. All links sent to reset my password were not allowing and providing the reported error to still contact support in order to change successfully. See Below Your support ticket "Ticket from Autrese Woodfork - User Account" has been created successfully. Message: Once this step is completed, I received the following error. The # of attempts on yesterday were one. Can we also increase? Testing soon (today), please advise.
