Support has reset your account. Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again.

Original Ticket Body: I am having issues every time I log in. I need to speak to a tech so it doesn't happen while I am doing my exam. I am scheduled for 3/26 and need to do my practice test

Hi, I'm on the carry Peachtree 631-208-9003 I'm gonna send in an e-mail but every time I try to log into the HUD website I'm trying to do the module so I can do the practice test I'm set up to do on the 26th my exam but I need some training and some practice Every time I again I have an issue with the password and every time I use it I reset it and reset it and I still am able to get in. And someone can please call me back and let me know what's the best way to log in with no issues the username and e-mail. So when I do the exam the 26th I don't run into that
