Dear Helen,

After further investigation we are able to reschedule your exam for a future time and date. Please provide us with the date and time to reschedule your exam along with your time zone. Please note the test will resume from the stop time meaning you will not have to start from the beginning. Please be aware that you can wear your glasses during the exam however you may need to move your camera back slightly to increase the field of vision and lower the brightness or close any blinds to reduce the glare of your screen. Please reply to this ticket so we are able to reschedule your exam.

I have been trying to take the HECM exam through Kryterion, which is not a great source for the last two weeks. After 4 hours I finally got in to test on 3/7/2025 and question 24/100 they suspended me because they couldn't see my eyes, they made me take off my glasses, it was a nightmare. I need to reschedule my exam without paying the $100.00 again. Kryterion said they could not help me and ask me to contact Ajanta consulting LLC support/HUD exam hudhousingcounselors.com. Please help my certification has expired and I would like to take the test at in person site, International IT Solutions, 4155 E. Jewell Avenue, Suite 706, Denver, CO.
