Please be aware once you log into your account you will be required to setup TFA for your account. You have 3 attempts to do so before your account is locked. Our records indicate you have skipped the set up 1 out of 3 attempts. Please advise if you need further instruction on how to set up TFA.
I was able to change my password, but I believe my account is locked. It is also trying to send a code to my phone, but the phone I believe I had when I first registered this account 248-520-9673 is no longer my number, but is not receiving any codes. My current phone number 947-957-4005 has also not received any codes to use so that I am able to unlock my account. Can you please just help me get into my account, so that I can apply for my HECM cert.
