Hello, I went to take my HUD cert exam today 3/22/2025 at 9:15am location 8563 Crow dr Macedonia Ohio 44056, the young lady could not get the exam to launch and called someone who canceled my test under code 6nxfxgt2 and somehow was to know my credentials and scheduled another exam under code 4dz8c42m at the same time and now I can not access my account. It states I am locked out.
