We apologize for the delay; however we have waived the fee, and you are able to re-register for the exam. This has been noted that you requested and will need the special accommodations which includes read the test aloud.

Hello, My name is Diana Diaz.. I requested an accommodation and got approved for it however when I was taking the exam I was supposed to be able to read the questions out loud as per my accommodation but during the exam I was not allowed to do so. I contacted the support service and I was told the following “Thank you for your patience, it looks like the wrong candidate was added to the accommodation list for your exam, we will need HUD Housing to update it so you can finish your exam. I suggest to reach out to them and let them know that the wrong name was added. I had to pay for this exam and take it without the accommodations as I had requested and I find it unfair that I have to take the exam again and pay again so that I can now have the accommodations as accordingly. I need help with this issue please
