Hello ,

Thanks for your help , I did download the google Authentication app, but I have to either scan a QR code or add a code that I don’t have. On the other hand I followed the instructions and click on the link to log in , I have to put my email address and upload a picture of myself which I did I upload my driver license or I was trying to do it. When I click saved and submit it was giving me this message : Email address already taken , so I keep trying and nothing then I put another email which is my daughter email Jaidelynmercado@gmail.com and somehow I was able to move forward then I try to log in with my email caryrodriguez11@gmail.com same issue. Then I put Jaidelynmercado@gmail.com and I have this message unrecognized email or password and then another contact support to reset account.

You have 2 profiles that indicate the same exact email. Username is the email you provided caryrodriguez11@gmail.com however the email used is jaidelynmercado@gmail.com as you indicated. Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again. Support has reset this account for you however once you log in you will need to click on the link stating Generate verification codes from a mobile or desktop application.

  • Set up application      *******this link is where you click to get the QR code. A verification code will be generated after you scan the above QR code or manually enter the setup code. The verification code is six digits long.

Hello my name is Carilyn Rodriguez Counselor Id; RDFTEM I been trying to reset my password because I don't remember my previous one . I been trying since 2/27/25 . I register using this my personal caryrodriguez11@gmail.com email I believe 4 years ago but I had my work email as a username to login crodriguez@gpasspa.org I made an inquiry about chance my email and I have the response Back then because my last day of employment with that email was Thursday, February 27, 2025. I have a request too hud support to be able to switch my email and they did reply to my request and they associate my email to my user login account but every time that I’m trying to login with my personal email is telling me wrong info or password , when I try to reset password I have a link through the email and then is telling me that email is already register , I’m not even able to login or reset my password. I need to gain access to my Hudhousingcounselors account please .
